- 2013 Membership Renewal
It’s time to renew your Guild Membership for 2013. To help eliminate long lines
at the January Meetings, please do the following:
• Go to the “Forms” section of the website, or click here
• Print out the 2013 Membership Form
• Fill out the form completely (even if your information has not changed)
• Mail your renewal form and the $20.00 dues to:

If you are unable to mail the form, please bring it along with your dues payment
to a Guild Meeting. Your renewal will be processed by the following meeting.
